We aim to process your order and have it dispatched within 36 hours. Please note any cutting requirements may take longer to process. We accept no liability whatsoever for any for late despatch of an order regardless of the cause of the late despatch. If you arrange to collect goods yourself it is your responsibility to collect these goods within 10 working days see Terms and Conditions clause 4 specifically clause 4.7.
Once goods are dispatched they normally arrive next day but allow 2 working days for goods less than 200KG. For Goods over 200KG please allow up to 5 days for the goods to arrive. Claims for loss or non delivery must be notified in writing by fax or email within 14 days of dispatch.
If the Goods fail to meet in our Terms and Conditions Clause 5.1.You must notify us of your claim in writing by fax or email within 3 days of receipt of the goods. We will issue an RMA Form which must accompany your parcel on return. Failure to do this will result in delays of your claim. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all returns are securely packaged. ATL is not liable for the cost of returning goods. The return address is on the RMA form you will receive when authorised.
Warning: it is the user's responsibility to ensure that material supplied is suitable for the purpose required. No liability is accepted for direct or consequential loss. We will not issue refunds after delivery unless the material is defective as in Terms and Conditions Clause 5.1. We will not issue a refund if the material has been changed in any form either by our services or by the customer.
Requests to cancel an order for stock items can normally only be accommodated within one hour of the original order being received. you must contact us by telephone on 01484 723402. Orders cancelled after this time may be subject to a restocking handling charge.
